Serious consequences

She woke up in a dark, confined space. She had duct tape around her ankles and wrists and then her elbows and knees were roped together with some sort of nylon cord so she was in a fetal position on her left side. When she moved her head, she hit a very hard, unforgiving metal surface. It felt like she was in some sort of metal box. Hitting her head simply made her dizzy and nauseous. She recognized the signs of a concussion.
